Booking with Showbiz is easy. Simply select the show you are interested in and then follow the instructions. You will be presented with all the available dates and show package options.
In order to check availability, simply select the number of tickets required and the date & time. If you do not wish to order online, you can complete your booking by phone on (+65) 6651 7871, 7am - 6pm Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Sat, and 8am - 1pm Sun. Please note that additional booking fees apply.
A: When you purchase through Showbiz online, you are using a 'real-time' booking system. This means that you have access to all the same shows and seats as patrons who choose to book by phone.
A: You can check your order history online from the Login/Check History page for a list of your bookings made on our website. If you need further assistance, please call our contact centre to check on your booking status.
A: Yes! The Showbiz site has been developed to accept international credit cards. All tickets for overseas clients are left at the box office for collection one hour prior to performance time, so please take your confirmation and your passport with you to the venue.
A: Yes! Showbiz offers a worldwide booking service. We have links to many of the major shows in Australia, New York, Las Vegas, London and New Zealand available directly on the website, or for other shows/locations, simply call us and let us know what you'd like, including event name, preferred performance dates and number of ticket required. We will confirm price and availability by the following business day. Vouchers for the tickets will be posted to you prior to your departure. Tickets will need to be picked up in exchange for your voucher at the Event box office just before the show.
A: If there is an event or performer you have heard might be coming to
Singapore, register on the Showbiz Waitlist. We will hold your
registration and should tickets become available we will contact
you to confirm your booking. As Showbiz often has access to tickets
to popular events prior to public sale, it can be extremely advantageous to be
listed with the Showbiz Waitlist.
A: We can accommodate most seating requests. Please call one of our friendly team to ensure we cater for your special requests. Please note whilst we will endeavor to fulfill your request we are unable to guarantee special requests.
A: Seat locations usually displayed during the booking process of your tickets and
on the booking confirmation email. Your seat location will also be printed on your
tickets. If your booking confirmation email displays TBA (To Be Allocated) for your
seat allocation, the specific seating arrangement for this event has not been confirmed
by the event presenter. However, Showbiz guarantees that you will receive
seats for whichever seats category you choose to purchase. Specific seat locations
will be finalised closer to the event and will be confirmed on your tickets.
A: Showbiz accepts most major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB as well as payment via PayPal. Be assured that Showbiz is a secure online site, your credit card details are safe to send over the internet. If you do not hold a credit card, please, phone us about making alternative payment arrangements
A: Generally we do not offer children's priced tickets. The reason for this is that
our suppliers will not usually offer discounted ticket prices. Occasionally we do
offer children's prices for children oriented shows. If a child's price does not
show on the site, it is unfortunately not available.
A: Showbiz charges your card whilst the booking is being processed. If
the charge is declined, Showbiz will contact you to arrange alternative
payment methods.
A:You'll receive your tickets, vouchers or booking documents for your confirmed purchase well before the date and time of your chosen event. Ticket delivery options are made available for bookings made 14 days or more prior to event date and customers will receive the tickets, vouchers or documents no later than 7 days prior to the event date. If circumstances arise that prevent us from sending out the tickets, we guarantee that we will contact you directly to ensure an alternative arrangement is made.
For bookings made within 14 days of the performance, tickets will need to be collected at the venue. Show tickets can be collected from 2 hours and up to 15 minutes prior to the performance start time. For all Hotel, Restaurant and Attraction booking, your email booking confirmation is your voucher. Please present your email confirmation at the reservation desk at the venue 15 mins prior to your booking time. For verification purposes, please also have the credit card used in the transaction and photo identification for all collections.
Ticket collection procedures will apply to all bookings made by customers reside outside of Singapore or for purchase of general admission show tickets.
A: Unfortunately event cancellations happen, though only very occasionally. If the
promoter cancels an event, please return your tickets to us along with all of your
contact details and the booking number. Once we have received your tickets for the
performance and have been authorised by the promoter, you will be refunded the amount
paid in full less the service fee.
If the promoter postpones an event, your tickets are valid for the new date/time.
If you are unable to attend the new date, there may be limitations set by the promoter
as to how refunds will be handled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date,
and refunds are authorised by the promoter, you will be refunded the amount paid
in full less the service fee. For further details please call us.
A: Your confirmation would have stated the terms and conditions of booking with Showbiz. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once bookings have been confirmed.
A: Please email or phone us as soon as possible. We will attempt to replace
your tickets, whilst this is not always possible we will do our best to gain admittance
to the venue for you. The theft of tickets should be reported to the police. Replacement
of lost and misplaced tickets is subject to a service fee of $10 per ticket.
A: Some of our tickets are printed using a thermal ticket printer. This means that
exposure to sunlight or other heat sources can blacken these tickets. Black tickets
cannot be used as admission to a venue. If this does happen please email or phone
us as soon as possible. We will attempt to replace your tickets, whilst this
is not always possible we will do our best to gain admittance to the venue for you.
Replacement of these tickets is subject to a $10 per ticket service fee.
